Restaurant Manager
Our restaurant, located in the vibrant city of Medina, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business growth. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$, accommodation not provided, and includes a free visa and ticket.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving any issues that may arise
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and promote teamwork
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Oversee the ordering of supplies and maintenance of equipment
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in compliance with health codes
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and staff training
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred
- Must be fluent in English
- Nationality preference: Africans or Malayalees
