Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Jeddah. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish. This includes developing budgets, timelines, and schedules, as well as coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Prepare regular progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry
