Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs in Medina, Saudi Arabia

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in various locations in Medina. Your primary duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing broken appliances, painting, and performing general upkeep tasks. You will work with a team of maintenance professionals to ensure that all facilities are in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect various buildings and facilities to identify maintenance or repair needs
- Repair plumbing and electrical issues such as leaks, clogs, faulty wiring, etc.
- Fix or replace broken appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, ovens, etc.
- Perform general upkeep tasks such as painting, changing light bulbs, replacing locks, etc.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Communicate with management regarding any serious or complex issues that require outside help
- Work with a team to ensure that all facilities are safe and well-maintained

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Familiarity with common hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in order to effectively communicate with team members and management

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade school diploma or certification in a related field
- Experience working in a facility management or hospitality setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia (no English required)

Employment Type: Contract (without accommodation)
