Job Title: Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that all project deadlines are met
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Review architectural plans and provide feedback to ensure feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to negotiate contracts and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to stay on track with timelines and budget
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including expenses, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Communicate updates on project status to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in construction industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of professionals
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
