The Online Consultant will be responsible for providing support and guidance to customers through online channels. This includes answering customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues or complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month in the city of Al Hufuf. Preference will be given to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and able to work with visa sponsorship.
