Driver - Lom, Togo



We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver to join our team in Lom, Togo. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and/or passengers to their destinations. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and excellent time-management skills. A high level of physical fitness is also required for this role. This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but visa sponsorship is available for non-Togolese candidates. No prior experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Transport goods and/or passengers to designated locations on schedule
- Plan routes to avoid traffic and road conditions
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues or repairs needed
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery/pickup times
- Adhere to all safety protocols while loading/unloading goods or assisting passengers
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional at all times

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (Togolese or international)
- Clean driving record with no previous accidents or violations
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong communication skills in French (English proficiency is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
