Floral Designer


As a Floral Designer for our floral shop in Lom, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions. Your creativity and attention to detail will make our clients' special moments even more memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Design and arrange floral displays according to clients' preferences, budget, and occasion
- Source and purchase fresh flowers, plants, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and provide suggestions on suitable floral options
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work
- Ensure all arrangements are of high quality and completed within the promised timeframe
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with general shop maintenance such as cleaning, organizing, and restocking shelves

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Creative flair with an eye for color, texture, and design
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 25lbs)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles for managing inventory and sales transactions is a plus

Salary:
