Job Title: Restaurant Manager
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Lom. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and training staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, monitoring inventory and budget, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. You must also have excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
Salary: $1400 per month
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Good understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
