Barista - Coffee Shop in Lom, Bulgaria


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our coffee shop team in Lom, Bulgaria on a contract basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. You should have a passion for coffee and the ability to create latte art. Previous experience as a Barista is required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages following company recipes
- Ensure quality control of all beverages, including taste, temperature, and presentation
- Take customer orders and accurately process payments
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art skills preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in English (Bulgarian language skills are a plus)
- Biometric passport required for international travel without accommodation

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
The position is located in Lom, Bulgaria.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs).
