Job Title: Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the city of Lom. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate updates and changes to project plans to all relevant parties
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any concerns
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Biometric passport required for travel within the country
This is a full-time position requiring flexible hours as needed. The salary for this role is 1100$ per month.
