Construction Manager


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Lom. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality control
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the construction site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1600 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own valid visa for working in Lom. Freshers with relevant education or experience may also be considered for this role.
