Sales Manager - Lom, Togo
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Lom, Togo. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data and report on performance to senior management
- Participate in negotiations with key clients to secure new contracts
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profits while remaining competitive
- Collaborate with marketing department to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
