We are searching for a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in the bustling city of Lom. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing strategies to increase sales, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Motivate and guide the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to upper management on performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing a sales team
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve results
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (knowledge of local language is an advantage)

Salary:
$1300 per month (with accommodation provided)
