Waiter/Waitress at a Lom Restaurant

We are hiring a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Lom. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear dishes and reset tables for new customers
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
