We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Lom, with a salary of 1600$. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This is a full-time job with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate material requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, marking gauges, or pencils
- Cut materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials together using nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings etc.
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools
- Follow safety procedures at all times to avoid accidents

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Good understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail with the ability to work independently or in a team setting

Preferred:
- Vocational diploma in Carpentry or relevant field
- Experience working on construction sites
- Knowledge of building codes
