We are in need of a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Lom, providing full-time services. As a Land Surveyor, your main responsibility will be to conduct surveys and collect data on land features and boundaries. This role requires prior experience as a Land Surveyor, along with a biometric passport and the ability to work urgently as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS, and drones
- Collect data on land features and boundaries using various methods such as measurements, observations, and calculations
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand survey objectives and provide updates on progress
- Ensure accuracy of data collected and follow established industry standards
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in land surveying processes and propose solutions

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Land Surveyor is required
- Proficiency in using specialized surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and drones
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques
- Ability to interpret maps, plans, and blueprints accurately
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues
- Biometric passport is necessary for this role due to the urgency of some projects
