We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and health of our gardens and outdoor spaces. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement garden plans to ensure the aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces
- Plant, water, fertilize, and prune trees, flowers, and other plants
- Monitor and control pests and diseases to maintain plant health
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and weeding as needed
- Install and maintain irrigation systems for efficient watering
- Keep garden tools and equipment in good working condition
- Work with other team members to plan and execute seasonal planting projects
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working on the property

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener in a professional setting
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment safely
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail for maintaining the appearance of the gardens
- Good communication skills for working with team members and clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Horticulture or related field.
- Experience with designing garden layouts.
- Familiarity with organic gardening methods.
