We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Lom, Togo. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods for our customers. This is a full-time position and previous experience as a Baker is required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and adjust ingredients to achieve desired results
- Decorate and finish products with icing, glazes, or toppings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure quality products
- Order and maintain inventory of baking supplies
- Train and supervise junior bakers as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is required
- Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, and other baking ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders
- Creativity in designing baked goods that are visually appealing
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy baking trays or equipment

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours.
