Skilled Handyman in Lom, Bulgaria

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. This includes plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general handyman duties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing locks
- Conduct electrical work such as installing outlets and light fixtures
- Handle basic plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains and fixing toilets
- Perform carpentry work including repairing doors, windows, and furniture
- Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings as needed
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Skilled in various trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
