Loader Operator



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Lom. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites, warehouses, or other locations. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and safe movement of materials while adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of loaders and other heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, or forklifts
- Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, or other vehicles
- Transport materials to designated areas using appropriate equipment
- Inspect machinery before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding work progress or any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for machinery
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary

Salary: 1300$ per month
