Loader Supervisor



Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Lom. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the loading and unloading of freight at our facility. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in logistics and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of freight at our facility
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the loading process
- Assign tasks to loaders and provide guidance when needed
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure efficient use of space
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with truck drivers to ensure timely loading of shipments
- Oversee equipment maintenance and report any issues to management

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one is required

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the business. This position does not include accommodation, so local candidates are preferred. However, we are open to considering candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate.
