Loader Operator



We are currently hiring a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Lom, with visa sponsorship available. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials on job sites. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, and forklifts
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or transport vehicles
- Transport materials around job site as needed
- Inspect equipment and perform routine maintenance as necessary
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure safe operation of machinery
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate work activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy machinery such as loaders or excavators
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Salary:
$1600 per month

Lom, with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
