We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing all transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, making it an ideal job for students or anyone looking for temporary work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a smile and provide them with prompt and courteous service
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using electronic scanners, cash registers or POS systems
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure correct amounts are present
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Ensure all items are scanned or entered correctly into the system before finalizing transactions
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services and store policies
- Handle exchanges and returns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash registers or POS systems is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of other languages would be an asset)
