We are seeking a friendly, organized and efficient Cashier to join our team at a resort in Albena. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in handling cash and interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering any questions or concerns they may have
- Keep the cashier station clean and well-stocked with supplies
- Assist with inventory management by reporting any shortages or overages
- Follow all cash handling procedures and policies to ensure the security of all transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner and escalate if necessary
- Stay updated on resort policies, services, and events in order to provide accurate information to guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate cash handling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from various backgrounds
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial in this role
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be eligible for employment in Albena
