Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Albena, Bulgaria
Salary: $1400

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in Albena, Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising all staff members, including training and scheduling
- Ensuring high-quality customer service is maintained at all times
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Overseeing food preparation and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to our standards
- Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise
- Tracking financial performance and creating reports for upper management
- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
