Job Title: Librarian - Albena, Bulgaria

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Librarian to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our library collection, providing reference services to patrons, and promoting library programs and resources. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize library collections, including cataloging books and other materials
- Provide reference services to patrons, assisting them with research, locating materials, and using library resources
- Develop and implement library programs and activities for all ages
- Promote library resources through outreach efforts such as social media, flyers, and newsletters
- Assist with budget planning and purchasing of new materials for the library
- Train and supervise library staff members
- Ensure library policies and procedures are followed by both staff members and patrons

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience working in a library setting
- Strong knowledge of cataloging systems, reference resources, and information literacy principles
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Customer service oriented mindset with attention to detail
