Junior Barista

As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your main duties will include taking orders, operating the espresso machine, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for coffee and customer service, who is willing to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare various types of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to our recipes
- Operate the espresso machine to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Ensure all food safety standards are followed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Biometric passport (if not from Albena)
- Must be willing to follow all health protocols related to COVID19
