Junior Sous Chef

We are in search of a talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Albena. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel, with strong knowledge and skills in culinary arts. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. The candidate must have excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a creative approach to cooking. A competitive salary of $1100 per month is offered for this full-time position. Preference will be given to local candidates.
