Sales Representative


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month with visa sponsorship available.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting and selling our products or services to them. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales techniques. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Identifying potential customers through market research and networking
- Presenting and promoting our products or services to potential customers
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients
- Providing timely and accurate sales reports to management
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
