Office Assistant (Contract Position)
Our company, based in Albena, is seeking a professional and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and be able to provide exceptional support to our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings for company executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff when necessary
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
