Land Surveyor
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine exact boundaries and measurements of properties for construction or development projects. This role requires detailed knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using various methods and equipment
- Analyzing data to determine property boundaries and measurements
- Creating detailed maps and drawings using CAD software
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with survey plans
- Maintaining accurate records of survey results and data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of CAD software for mapping and drafting purposes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical fitness for outdoor work

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1200 per month.

Albena is a coastal resort town located on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. The town offers beautiful beaches, stunning views, and a variety of recreational activities.
