Junior Merchandiser


We are hiring a Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising department in ensuring the successful execution of product placement and presentation in our retail stores.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product displays and promotions
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create visually appealing displays that align with brand standards
- Maintain accurate records of product performance, sales data, and inventory levels
- Participate in store walkthroughs to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for display changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Prior experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
$1700 per month

Location:
Albena, Bulgaria
