Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria on a full-time basis. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries and topographical features, as well as provide accurate data for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys on land to determine boundaries, elevations, and other topographical features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS devices, total stations, and drones to gather data
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate data for construction projects
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficient in using specialized software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
