Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Lom. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders and serving food and beverages to our guests. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and ensure tables are properly set
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must have own visa for working in Lom
