Job Title: Full-Time Tutor in Lom, Bulgaria

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Tutor to join our team in Lom, Bulgaria. As a Full-Time Tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students of all nationalities in various subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on the needs and abilities of individual students.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Provide academic support to students in various subjects, including but not limited to math, science, English, and history.
- Assist with exam preparation and test-taking strategies.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians when necessary.
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to ensure consistency in teaching methods.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a tutor or teacher.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner.
- Strong knowledge of various subjects, including math, science, English, and history.
- Familiarity with different teaching methods and learning styles.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
