We are seeking a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury resort in Albena, Bulgaria. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's culinary operations and creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients while also meeting dietary restrictions and guest preferences
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in compliance with health codes and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events, promotions, and themed menus
- Stay current on food trends and industry developments to continuously improve the resort's dining offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in menu planning, food costing, budgeting, inventory management, and kitchen operations
- Ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills
- Passion for creating exceptional dishes using fresh ingredients and innovative techniques
- Familiarity with Bulgarian cuisine is preferred but not required

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
