Restaurant Manager - Sofia, Bulgaria
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Create work schedules and manage employee shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction with food quality and service
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Manage budget and financial performance of the restaurant
- Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in budget management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary: 1700$ per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship available for non-EU candidates.
