We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Barista to join our team at our café in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and looking to start their career as a barista. No previous experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

As an Entry Level Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving various coffee beverages. You will also assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the café and ensuring that all products are stocked and displayed properly.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to company standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain cleanliness of café including tables, counters, equipment, etc.
- Stock products and ensure proper display throughout the shift
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Learn about different coffee beans and brewing techniques to enhance knowledge of products
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations
