We are hiring a skilled Head Chef to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations. You will be in charge of creating new menus, training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menus that align with our restaurant's concept and meet customers' needs and preferences
- Manage all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by following food safety standards and regulations
- Oversee the scheduling of kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create cost-effective menus while maintaining quality standards
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or service promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for handling food safely
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with kitchen staff, management, suppliers, and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Creativity in menu development to keep up with current trends
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
