Head Chef
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our busy restaurant in Sofia. Your main duties will include creating and updating menus, training and managing kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and consistency. You will also be in charge of ordering supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and adhering to food safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a professional chef with a strong background in European cuisine. A degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred. Attention to detail, creativity, and excellent leadership skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
