Entry-Level Construction Manager



As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in the city of Sofia. Your main duties will include managing budget and resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and communicating with clients and contractors. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate and oversee all construction activities including procurement, subcontracting, and materials management
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on site
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets established standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Evaluate potential risks and develop contingency plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English (Bulgarian is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in construction industry (preferred)
- Willingness to work long hours when necessary

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this entry-level position. Additionally, we provide accommodation for employees who are relocating to Sofia without prior experience.

Location:
This position is based in Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria. However, candidates from other countries are welcome to apply as long as they are able to obtain necessary visas or work permits.
