Office Assistant - Contract Position (Sofia, Bulgaria)

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals without experience or students looking to gain valuable skills in a professional work environment.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily tasks. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. You must also be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
