We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a creative flair for developing new recipes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and prepare dough for various types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
- Bake breads and pastries according to recipes and established quality standards
- Decorate cakes and pastries using different techniques
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure baking equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Follow food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Train new bakery staff on proper baking techniques and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new baking techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for baking with a creative eye for developing new recipes
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, measurements, and baking techniques
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Location:
Our bakery is located in the beautiful city of Sofia, Bulgaria. We offer accommodation for our employees if needed.
