Handyman/Handywoman

As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks around the property. This is a full-time position located in Sofia, with a salary of 1800$ per month. No prior experience is required, but it is preferred. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as fixing broken fixtures, repairing plumbing and electrical systems, and painting walls
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or management in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- Communicate with contractors and vendors as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
- Biometric passport is required for security purposes
- Previous experience in maintenance or repair work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
