We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position and requires previous experience in administration. You will work closely with our team to support their needs and maintain a positive working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Keep track of company expenses and budget
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other company documents
- Ensure all office policies are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Collaborate with team members to support their needs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
