We are hiring a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team in Bansko. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your role will also involve maintaining the appearance and freshness of our flower inventory, as well as managing orders and assisting with deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create unique and visually appealing flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and holidays
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and helping them choose the perfect flowers for their needs
- Maintain the appearance of our flower inventory by regularly watering, pruning, and arranging them in an attractive manner
- Manage orders from start to finish, including sourcing flowers, preparing arrangements, and organizing deliveries
- Assist with delivering flower arrangements to clients' homes or event venues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills as a Florist

Requirements:

- Proven experience working as a Florist or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Creativity and artistic skills to design beautiful arrangements that meet client's preferences
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Strong organizational skills to manage orders and maintain inventory effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in floristry is a plus
- Experience working with floral design software is preferred
- Fluent English language skills; knowledge of Bulgarian would be an advantage
- Ability to lift heavy objects such as buckets of water or large flower arrangements

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with accommodation in Bansko.
