Job Title: Entry-Level Barista


We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Entry-Level Barista to join our team at our bustling cafe in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, hot and cold beverages, and snacks according to our menu and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including brewing equipment, counters, and tables
- Greet customers in a friendly manner, take orders accurately, and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages
- Assist with restocking supplies, cleaning tasks, and other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:
- No prior experience as a Barista is required; training will be provided
- Passion for coffee with a desire to learn more about it
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible hours. The salary offered is 1300$ per month. As an entry-level position, this role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the company.
