Assistant Construction Manager


We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Manager to join our team in Bansko. In this role, you will work closely with the Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Construction Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Communicate project progress and updates to the Construction Manager
- Review project plans and blueprints for accuracy and identify any potential issues
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain project documentation such as contracts, permits, and change orders
- Assist in cost estimation and budget management for projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a construction-related role is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues before they arise
- Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding construction plans
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in construction industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
