Merchandiser for Outdoor Equipment in Bansko, Bulgaria

As our Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our outdoor equipment store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times. You will work closely with the store manager to create eye-catching displays and maintain an organized inventory. Your main goal will be to increase sales by creating an inviting shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays of merchandise according to company guidelines and seasonal trends
- Ensure that all products are priced accurately and have proper signage
- Maintain an organized inventory by tracking stock levels and ordering new products when needed
- Conduct regular audits to check for pricing accuracy, product availability, and overall store appearance
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities in order to make informed merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in visual merchandising is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or visual merchandising preferred
- Passion for outdoor activities and knowledge of outdoor equipment desired
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
