Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities for our company in Bansko. This individual will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize profits. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a cohesive approach to sales activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position.
